Service term is up and looking to step down in the spirit of rotation. Election to be held

GNOSB Treasurer — Ray Y.

Report submitted, approved, and attached
Service commitment is up; position needs to be filled ASAP. Interested parties contact Ray (225-931-7143) or Central Office (504-836-0507)
Treasurer qualifications: at least 5 years of continuous sobriety and a financial or business background

Central Office — Carolyn H. (new Manager)

Has been working closely with Ken for a smooth transition
Looking into switching phone service from AT&T to digital — will reduce costs and benefit the Hotline
SELA Spring Roundup was a success with over $800 in sales
Big Deep South Convention (June 7–9) pre-registration is now closed; registration available at the convention
Volunteer forms created for sign-up at Central Office
Retail price increase coming — full report by end of June
Looking into online sales of Central Office literature
Website update in process to be more user-friendly
Will H., Hotline Chair: All 33 spots covered. Working toward a digital system similar to Baton Rouge using Google Drive

DAAY in the Park

Sub-committee being formed to plan next function and look for outdoor venues with electricity in New Orleans, Kenner, West Bank, and Metairie. If interested in serving or know of venues, contact Central Office (504-836-0507) or Wesly (504-303-9091)

District Reports

District 18 (Keith): District needs home group support and participation at District meetings
District 19 (Lynn): Still in need of a Treasurer. Grapevine workshop: July 20, 2024, 12–2pm, 6200 Camphor Street, Metairie. Contact Cricket (D-19 Grapevine rep): 504-515-7848
District 12 (Irvin): SELA Spring Roundup was fantastic; great home group participation at District meetings
District 21: Multi-District Extravaganza (Districts 18, 19, 20 & 21), June 15, 2024, 12–3pm, Lakeview Presbyterian, 5914 Canal Blvd., New Orleans

All positions have been filled. Will have a table at Big Deep South

DONATE: AA literature (soft covers only), Grapevines, etc. can be dropped off at Central Office
