Welcome
Meeting called to order at 6:38pm by Jim R. with Serenity Prayer and introductions.
Officer Reports
- Secretary (Rene’ M.): December minutes read and approved
- Treasurer (Charles H.): Merchandise sales were considerably larger last month — estimated 46% increase, mostly due to holiday/end-of-year purchases and members getting ahead of a GSO literature price increase. Significant increase in group and individual contributions as well. A new P&L statement format has been introduced showing current figures alongside previous data to highlight trends. Currently below budgeted income for the year
Central Office
- Central Office Manager position currently open; actively seeking qualified candidates. Job descriptions available for anyone interested in applying
- Office currently short-staffed due to management changes and the assistant manager on medical absence. Patience appreciated. Scott expected to return soon
- Office will continue to operate for literature purchases and other transactions. Working to distribute the bulletin as scheduled. Volunteers always welcome
Committee Reports
- TNC (Anthony): Working on GSO guidelines and onboarding packets for each district. Possible workshop for March or April. Working with BDS for workshops as well. Discussion around facility and AA guidelines and how they work together
- BDS (Mary): Next fundraiser February 21 — a meditation workshop. Merchandise selected and being ordered. Working to make Saturday night dinner more affordable; price to be finalized by February 15. All committee positions filled; volunteers still welcome

District Reports
- D18 (Shane): Business meeting on 2nd Tuesday of the month. TNC rep working on building the committee; more information next month
- D19 (Will): Three TNC locations — Beacon Behavioral Health, Bridge House, and Odyssey House
- D12, D17, D20, D21, D25: Absent
Old Business — Inventory Questions
- Discussion on: clarification of office hours; procedures for hiring employees; how the bulletin works; how Trustees function per the Bylaws; and overseeing the Central Office for efficiency and compliance with established guidelines
