II. Secretary’s Report / Approval of Minutes

Minutes approved for December.

III. Positions on the Board

Treasury and Vice Chair positions will be open in July 2024. Please come to the next Service Board Meeting and sit in to see if you would like to do a two-year service commitment

IV. Big Deep South — John W.P.

First Wednesday of every month; February 7 is the next meeting at Central Office
Date set: June 7–9, 2024 at Hilton Airport — we do it together!

V. GNOSB Vice Chair — Alexa M.

VI. GNOSB Treasurer — Ray Y.

Expenses were inline; contributions were low as groups give at different times

VII. Central Office Updates — Colyn

Square training still ongoing; now have Pay Pal and Venmo@GNOSB
Email information on new meeting openings, calendar updates, and virtual conference information to office@aaneworleans.org by the 15th of the month

VIII. District Reports

District 18 (Keith): New activities; Woodland is putting together a Kick Ball Tournament for February 13, 2024. Call Keith: 504-234-3747
District 19: Group in need of a Treasurer. Grapevine Workshop: April 13, 1–4pm, Vineyard Church Kenner. Feb 25: Potluck 7:00pm and Speaker at 8:00pm
District 21: February 4 — Slidell Pizza Party after the noon meeting & the Dionysus Parade. Neckbreakers Turkey Neck Challenge: February 12, 6:30pm, 3025 Dauphine St.
District 23: “Crush Grapes” — A Women’s Retreat, March 22–24. 2 bed/1 bath rooms. See flyer

Continue donations of books, grapevines, and packets no longer in use to Central Office for T&C volunteers. Call Scott: 504-982-5540
Still looking to get involved in low-barrier shelter possible commitment venture
